Search our courses to find a program that suits you or download a copy of our current program guide.
To apply direct to MSIT you don't need an OP, but some of our more popular courses require a special application or entry via QTAC. To find out the specific entry requirements for the course you're interested in, contact our customer service centre.
University pathways for international students
Many of the diploma courses offered at Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE can offer approximately one year's credit towards degree programs at leading Australian universities.
Depending on the program, students can articulate directly into university, apply for credit transfers or get exemptions in relevant degree programs.
For more information on articulation and credit transfer arrangements at Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE, please contact the international students office.
The TAFE Queensland Pathways document [PDF 1.84MB] will provide more information on pathway to university arrangements for TAFE Queensland.
